Habit	Slow growth rate. Upright columnar crown.
Leaves	Oblong dark leaves with narrow base turning to yellow / brown. Bark is grey/brown and furrowed.
Planting	Tolerates a range of conditions but likes moist soils, full sun.
General	Commonly planted street and avenue tree. Excellent shade tree for large gardens.
